About Conference - ESSS 2017
Embedded Safety and Security Summit (ESSS) aims at the growth of Indian Embedded Industry ecosystem.
ESSS 2017 is the third edition of the successful initiative driven by LDRA and partners, with support from our clients, industry & professional bodies and government agencies. We thank the community here, for the overwhelming response for our efforts for continuous two years. With a theme ‘Are we Secured to be Safe?’, ESSS 2017 will be a one-day event on 22 August 2017.
ESSS is part of a larger industry initiative – CEDP (Certification Ecosystem Development Programme) by LDRA. CEDP intends to establish an ecosystem for safety and security practices which encourages world-class embedded designs, originating from India, for industries like aerospace and defence, nuclear, automotive, security, rail, medical and industrial, etc.
With high profile industry participates, including scientist, engineers, managers and representatives from certification bodies from various domains of embedded industry, ESSS builds a common platform to share the knowledge about safety and security practices for critical embedded systems. The conference provides the opportunity to foster co-operation among various industry stake holders and decision makers of different domain.
ESSS 2017 focuses on the interdependence of safety and security parameters in the critical embedded systems and come with three different tracks:
- Track 1: Aerospace and Defence
- Track 2: Automotive
- Track 3: Technical Workshops
We invite papers from senior embedded software & hardware experts and researchers from R & D institutions and academia. Final selection of paper will be done by an independent paper selection committee consisting of industry veterans and pioneers.
