Session Title and Abstract Confirmation: Abstract – 100 words maximum
Presentation slides to be shared for approval: Presentation – 25 slides maximum
Approval for resource sharing: PDF version for presentation Video recording of the session
Given the technical depth of our audience, please keep your session focused on the subject matter. You are welcome to share two slides about your company, products, and services at the end of your presentation. This guideline has been crucial in shaping the distinctive character of our conference over its past eight editions.
Open Q&A
To add value to attendees, we request all speakers to engage the audience in an open Q&A session immediately following their presentation. Attendees will be able to ask questions in person, enhancing the interactive aspect of each session. Speakers will have 5 minutes to address these questions live, facilitating a dynamic and engaging discussion.
